1996 Daimler Double Six 6L V12 X300
Rare Australian delivered Daimler Double Six 6 litre V12 finished in Spruce Green with Parchment trim. This low kilometre example has only travelled 132,157 km and comes with excellent Jaguar service history including stamped service log, owner manuals and spare keys. The Daimler name was applied to the highest trim level which included chromed door mirrors and handles, fluted radiator grille surround and boot plinth along with turbine alloy wheels. Inside the Daimler received Burr Walnut veneer with boxwood inlays, squarer style seating with higher quality leather and matched occasional tables in the rear. Under the bonnet the Daimler Double Six was the last Jaguar to carry the famed V12 which began production in 1971, now with displacement increased to 6 litres. Only a handful of these magnificent saloons made their way to our shores. This example has been used sparingly, has excellent history and was complied 2/96 meaning the car is now 30 years old and qualifies for club historic registration across Australia. Any test welcome.
